Restoring an older motorcycle can be time-consuming and a challenging process, but its a labor of love that pays off with a sense of pride for your accomplishment and admiration for these beautiful machines. But motorcycle manufacturers don’t exactly make replacement parts for a 40year old bike, so thats where we come in.

We have earned a reputation for building the high-tech race wheels of today’s fast motorcycle riders, and now they are earning one for helping the vintage restorers and builders bring their projects to life. Whether you are looking to simply clean up and restore your shabby wheels, or you need to tear them down to the hubs and start from scratch, Dubya USA is here to help!

 

REBUILD

All we need from you is your old hub from BSA, Triumph, Honda or any other classic bike, and we will custom make spokes to fit a new rim of your choosing. We’ll do all the work, including bending, cutting and threading the spokes so that you’ll have fully built wheels ready to mount when the order is complete. We carry an extensive inventory of the highest quality wheel components from top manufacturers, including Talon, Excel, D.I.D & more.

OLD IS GOLD

Dubya can take your hubs, strip off the old finish or customize them to be any finish you can think of, making it look like new again or better than it ever did. Hub finishes include cerakote in a variety of colors, gloss black powder coat, wet blasted, or that classic polished finish.

Carefully package your wheels or hubs. Take extra care to make sure parts will not hit each other during shipping. Many vintage hubs are very difficult to fine or even replace! We will call or email you when the parts arrive to confirm their arrival and go over the order before starting. IT’S THAT EASY!
